Message frequency varies based on interaction and promotions. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You consent to receive marketing, promotional, quote request and project update messages by ticking the SMS consent box on our quote form. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can submit the form without it and we will reply by email or phone instead. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide accurate information, to use our website and services lawfully, and not to submit another person's phone number without their permission.
Where a project is agreed, the price, schedule and what is included are set out in writing before work begins. Nothing on this website is an offer of a fixed price on its own.
Site content we produce for you becomes yours on full payment. Content you supply to us — photos, logos, copy — remains yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MajedDesigns is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our website or services.
If we change these Terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
